Icons are so last season! Who am I kidding, I miss making them. But abstract art is THE thing to do right now. It's so fun. I'm going to make another one now. Of a cat. I hate cats.

My aunt just called and apparently the snow in England is melting already! ): I hope it waits, one more day till I fly off.

OK I can't do this.

So I'm free to do whatever the heck I've been wanting to do now. For three whole months.

Only now I'm too lazy to do anything.

I feel like I need to be studying.

It's weird to be completely free of...everything.

I have a strong feeling that these couple of weeks are going to be my last at CHS.

But I'm not entirely sure how I feel about that yet.

On a totally random and unrelated note, I want to go skiing again.

Today I sang and played Terrified by Kara DioGuardi & Jason Reeves (prolly about, 100 times, I kid you not!) on guitar from 3pm to 7pm (I was planning to upload a video of it onto like, Facebook or something). It took like, 60 takes to get a decent shoot, without me messing anything up. But I'm still not satisfied yet. Here I am with a sore throat and a sore arm (and fingers). I shall continue tomorrow. Hopefully I don't say the wrong words. Or make up my own lines. Again.

(It was fun though! :D)

Went for this mid-autumn festival thing 'round Ee Laine's place. I didn't think it would be a big event, but apparently the whole neighbourhood was invited! I brought Joos along, and we mainly walked around aimlessly in the park while the other kids played with fire and the adults talked about what adults talk about.

There was actually supposed to be a lantern walk but that was a total failure. It started raining a few minutes after they left, thank goodness Joos and I decided to stay at the park.

The rain got heavier by the second, and the one and only tent was totally packed, so I came up with this super intelligent idea to take cover in the playground. You know, under one of those slide things. It kind of worked, but there were holes above us and people were taking cover there so we got dirt + acidic rain all over ourselves. And Joohi started yelling things like the insane woman she is (when the boys who were above us were gone) without realizing that this semi-cute (he's OK-looking laaaa) teenage guy came over and he was just like, "HALOO," and we were laughing so hard I think we made it more embarrassing, and he was like, "aren't you guys getting wet down there?" and I was like, "yeah" and that was it.

I just realized that some of this sounds pretty obscene.

THINK STRAIGHT, PEOPLE.

So after that we decided to run to the tent and Joohi hit her head (tsk tsk). Basically we were semi-soaked, and we just went home after that. So much for a celebration. But with that said, I think it was one of the most fun moments we've had, ever. And that's saying something. Because we crack up every single time. :D We need our own movie. Seriously.

On another note, my dad brought my iPod back! They couldn't fix it, but that's alright. It was totally uncharged though, because I was planning on raping it hardcore (HEHEHE). I can't believe I survived three weeks without it. Oh hot daaaamn.

AND MY WEEKEND IS GOING TO BE JAM-PACKED THIS WEEK. I'm not exactly happy about that, but whatever. My mum signed me up for these guitar seminars and concerts (the concerts are fine, but 8-hour seminars? Boo). Oh well. Two more weeks.

Oh right I set a paper lantern on fire tonight. It was weird and hilarious at the same time because Joos and I tried to blow the fire out but obviously that didn't work. And we were sort of panicking but we just looked at it. Eventually I ran off to one of the mothers but they just laughed. Hmm. It went out by itself later on.

Another thing. D, I'm not sure if you read my blog. I don't think you even know I have one. But this is for you. I know we haven't talked in like a year? But it's like you've forgotten about all the stuff we've been through two years back. It kinda sucks, I gotta admit. Weird how all that family-ness we had is gone. You used to be all hyped up about my songs (which by the way, you were one of the FIRST to read them...I even wrote two songs about you. Do you remember?), and now that I've actually done something with them you don't bother replying my email? Right. OK. Yes, it does hurt. I shall talk to Alina about this. Girl, I know how you feel now ):

There's school tomorrow. Damnit.

Today, Joos asked me how I started discovering and listening to non-mainstream music.

I suppose some iTunes-exploring did the trick. Yay iTunes.

I finally understand what the concept of the Electronic Lover by Breathe Electric is. And I just realized that Darren Criss' song Sami is a rewritten version of Harry from AVPM! :)

I went to Alice Smith School yesterday. It was great. My mum and I both loved it. We're going back again next week with my dad. That just might be the place I'm going to spend my next two to four years in (that is if I take Sixth Form). :)

Oh, and I'm not sure why I haven't mentioned this, maybe because it's not a big thing or it slipped my mind, but a couple months back my friend Josephine created a McFLY Malaysia fan page on Facebook and asked me to be her co-admin. Which was awesome, and obviously I accepted, so there. It's pretty neat, with all the latest info on the boys (thanks to us! Well, mostly Jo :B I pulled myself out of it for a few weeks and just recently got back to Fly hunting and posting :D) So...yup. It's great to be a co-founder of a Facebook page that's slowly growing of course (more so when it's about something we're really passionate about). And I guess it is pretty big - we're basically representing Malaysian McFly fans on Facebook! So yeah, check it out someday :)

If you don't watch AVPM/S, there wouldn't be much point going onto Unrelated Captions anymore, because 95% of the pictures and quotes are Potter-related now. Face it.

WE HAVE TAKEN OVER.

Finally got an earful of Joe Brooks' Constellation Me (thanks to Sean)! Absolutely amazing. He is perfect. Well, his voice is anyway. And his face. HIS FACE. DON'T GET ME STARTED. Sucks that he's touring in the UK before I arrive there. Damnit, Joe.

Anyway, he (along with Christofer and Jordan) got me thinking about my career. And I really hope this isn't a spur of the moment thing that I'll regret (probably not) but I've decided to put the whole album thing on hold. Maybe give it another few years. I mean, I've got so much more to learn, so much more to experience, so much more to write about. And as much as I love Taylor (Swift), I really don't want to be labeled as the '15-year-old Who Plays Guitar and Sings About Boys'. Really.

I'll talk to Liang about it, see what he says. But I think this is the right thing to do, anyway.

In the mean time, I'm damn excited to be writing more. (Y) About everything.

I got this off Jordan Witzigreuter's Myspace.

So you’re not, like, shooting Jack Daniels and doing drugs, The Dirt style?
Uh, no. I drink water and eat oranges.

<3

Put him, Christofer and Cady in a recording studio together, and what do you get? MAGIC. Pure. Awesome. Magic. Which is exactly what The Blizzard of '89 is (even though I can't tell who sings what because The Ready Set and Never Shout Never sound SO alike).

Today I went to Genting. I won a teddy bear (which I will name Squeaky...because it looks really squeaky) from fishing duckies. And I bought a new pair of sunnies!

I da man.

Oh right, about that thing I asked you guys to help me with, the whole "it's funny how you give me butterflies __________." thing, well, Qi has possibly put a stop to all my brain storming. No, actually, she totally SOLVED it. "It's funny how you give me butterflies that drive me crazy". Out of all the many suggestions that y'all (especially Gabriel, haha) have contributed, I think those three words, simple as they may be, just fits it perfectly. Thanks Qi <3 I OWE YOU TWO GELATOS. Write it down. ;) And thanks to everyone else for putting in your two cents. Much appreciated!

Been role playing with Cal Vin via Facebook these past few days. We're at Hogwarts ;) Read our wall posts. They're fun :D I never knew he was a Potter Geek as well :)
